All-in-one Build Speed

And portability is important. With an all-in-one housing, the Amaran 200d is a fully integrated fixture and one of the easiest studio lights to adjust and transport. The total weight of the kit is only 3.4 kilograms (7.6 lbs), and the built-in fan keeps the LEDs cool no matter how long the shoot lasts.

Universal Accessory Mount

The Amaran 200d uses the Bowens Mount. In other words, it can be converted to inherit the quality of almost all light. Whether you need soft lights, hard lights, or even spotlights, the Amaran 200d accessory mounting system means it’s compatible with almost any Aputure lighting modifier, including light domes, Fresnel, and lanterns. In addition to the Bowens Mount, the Amaran 200d also has an umbrella holder for even faster and softer.

Ultra-Bright Output

When it comes to lighting, the output is like horsepower. The Amaran 200d uses state-of-the-art LED technology to create a 1500w tungsten light equivalent with a 200W COB LED output. It also has 0% to 100% dimming control, so you can always find the right level of lighting for your scene. Meet the brightest (and darkest) light in the kit.

Beautiful Color Fidelity

Many are unaware that light affects the very colors we see. Bad light can result in unpleasant green and magenta shades that make the subject look sick. Good lighting, on the other hand, has the power to bring out the most vibrant colors in nature. With a TV Lighting Consistency Index of 95 or higher (out of 100), the Amaran Lights series ensures that you can see beautiful colors in every shot.

SidusLink Compatibility

Lighting should be fun. With the integration of Sidus Mesh, the Amaran 200d provides professional lighting control in a single app. Mesh technology means that all Aputure and Amaran series lights will automatically interconnect to extend the reach of your network. With the Sidus Link app, you can control up to 100 lights from your smartphone or tablet. Perfectly tune each light by adjusting aspects such as brightness, color temperature, effects, and even programming effects between multiple fixtures.

Built-in Effect Amaran 200d

The Amaran 200d also features eight built-in lighting FX such as “Paparazzi”, “Fireworks”, “Lightning”, “Faulty Bulb”, “TV”, “Breath”, “Flash” and “Explosion”. It opens up new possibilities for accurate lighting control.

🎄[Compact size & Powerful]: Light control integrated design, compact exquisite light size, easy to operate and easy to use. The high color rendering CRI 95+ TLCI 96+ provides natural and pure colors for video, photography, television production and studio filmmaking. The color temperature of 5500k, which is close to the sun, provides more natural lighting.
🎄[Boen Mount and Umbrella Hole Design]: 200d with soft light umbrella hole and Bowen reflector mount for access to Amaran Light Shaper and many other manufacturers using this popular mount.
🎄[Dual Control Method]: Aputure 200d supports remote control of 2.4G 100m Sidus Link app via Bluetooth to control all kinds of light effect, brightness and frequency. You can also adjust the brightness in the range of 0-100%. The onboard has an INT adjustment knob for quick switching between brightness levels.
🎄[Dual power supply method]: The Amaran 200d can be used all over the world with the built-in 100-240V power supply, but it also works with the optional battery (DC 48V input) when AC power supply is not available.
🎄[8 pre-programmed lighting effects]: The Aputure Amaran 200d has 8 lighting effect modes including Paparatch, Fireworks, Lightning, Light Bulb Failure, TV, Breathing, Flash, Explosion and more. Brightness is adjustable from 0 to 100%, offering more choices.
