The Befree GT XPRO Carbon is the first Manfrotto Travel Tripod developed for professional macro photographers. This carbon fibre travel tripod seamlessly merges portability with versatility, empowering creative photographers to explore new horizons. Engineered with ergonomic, intuitive controls, the Befree GT XPRO boasts a built-in 90-degree column mechanism in its top casting, strategically stored until required. This design not only allows for camera offset from the tripod’s leg position but also facilitates effortless shooting from ground level or directly overhead, enhancing flexibility for diverse perspectives. Paired with Manfrotto’s advanced 496 head, this tripod kit embodies portability and robustness with a remarkable load capacity of up to 12kg. The head features three independent controls—an ergonomic main knob for ball lock management, an integrated friction control knob ensuring perfect balance, and an independent panoramic knob for horizontal camera movements, ideal for capturing breathtaking landscapes. The M-lock system enhances the Befree’s commitment to rapid and secure performance on the move. The tripod also incorporates the unique 200PL-PRO plate, crafted from high-quality aluminium and compatible with both Manfrotto RC2 and Arca-Swiss type head attachments. With two rubber inserts maximising grip even on angled shots, this tripod is a versatile and reliable support solution. Compact and travel-friendly, the Befree GT XPRO Carbon stands at 43cm when folded, fitting snugly into its dedicated carry bag and every kind of hand luggage.
