INCREDIBLY SHARP: One ED (Extra Low Dispersion), one Super ED, and one newly developed ED aspherical element, ensure outstanding resolution, making this an excellent Sony e-mount lens for content creation, vlogging, videography, and stills photography.
BEAUTIFULLY SMOOTH BACKGROUNDS: A circular 7-blade aperture creates beautiful background bokeh defocus effects.
FAST AND PRECISE AUTOFOCUS: Four XD (Extreme Dynamic) Linear Motors deliver faster and more accurate focusing and, for the first time, zooming capability than conventional lenses. You won’t miss a shot with this Sony lens.
BRIGHT IN ALL WEATHERS: A constant F4 maximum aperture throughout the zoom range maintains brightness. A fluorine coating repels water, oil, and other contaminants – another reason this is a great video lens for vlogging on-the-move.
PROFESSIONAL ERGONOMICS: A dust and moisture resistant design, along with versatile controls, makes this Sony 16-35mm lens easy to use in difficult scenarios – indoors and outdoors. Focus breathing feature compatible.
