No, it isn't cheap. However, it is superbly designed and very well made. I haven't put it though it's paces yet in terms of weather resistance, but I have just carried it around Italy for a week with a fair amount of camera gear, laptop and general stuff. So many clever features, very quick and easy access to what you need when you need it. It's very comfortable to wear and doesn't feel too heavy, even when carrying quite a bit of equipment. The looks I guess can be subjective but I like it. The Sedona orange colour is interesting enough to stand out but muted enough that it's not going to scare away all the animals! The camera packaging system is very safe and secure, and fairly easily removable for use as a regular (if slightly squarish) rucksack. I certainly don't expect to need another camera bag for a long, long time!

I am pleased with this camera bag. I needed to reduce the weight of my previous one so this bag is great for the basic kit of camera body and 2 lenses with spare batteries, polariser and odds and ends.

I have not tested it in the rain yet, but the coating seems resilient. All the zips and velcro straps seem substantial.

I think I would be happier with a waist strap – I am still in test mode with that.

There are numerous zipped pockets, in fact It took me a couple of days to find the one with the key attachment and I am still looking for the iTag secret pocket. I did find it but can't remember where so it is pretty secret.

Really thoughtful design with the photographer in mind, good materials and very well made.
I own 2 of them for professional photography and more than happy.

I’m in love. Got this bag for my first set of serious camera gear, I wasn’t about to put my very expensive gear in a $50 bag so while I was initially skeptical about the price tag on this, I can tell you, it’s worth every penny. This bag is build extremely well, it’s highly modular and is super comfortable to wear. I’m not about 5’5” and this bag feels like it’s the perfect size and not super bulky. It’s also not boring black and not a typical “looks like a camera bag” that might make you a target (if you don’t carry around a tripod, it just looks like a travel backpack) it also transforms into a regular backpack since the camera cube is removable which brings me to the wonderful fact that the camera cube is it’s own little bag if you just want to take it out and carry it separately. It has two laptop sleeves, plenty of pockets for tiny cargo and keeping everything organized and overall excellent materials. The zippers are weather sealed which makes this bag incredible for hiking. I’m someone who doesn’t mind paying a premium for a product that will last a lifetime and I think I’ve found the perfect bag. Highly recommend. If I run into any issues, I will repeat my review.
